Last night one of my friend shared this health tips which really simple one but proven by 80years old Korean man. This man told them that he's secret of being healthy and not yet been in the hospital in his entire life because of a vinegar. He simply put little amount of vinegar in a litter of water which he drunk and that was his secret of having a healthy body. Also theres a tip on having a memory gap. You will simply exercise your eyes left and right direction everyday. Maybe this tip could help us in order to avoid illness and there's no harm in trying.
