THREE BEAN SALAD WITH AVOCADO RECIPE

HOW TO MAKE THREE BEAN SALAD WITH AVOCADO RECIPE

1 can Black Beans, rinsed & drained 1 can Red Kidney Beans, rinsed & drained 1 can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed & drained 1 large Bell Pepper 16 Cherry Tomatoes, halved 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped 2 large Avocados, diced Juice of 2 limes 2 cloves Garlic, finely diced 1/3 cup Olive Oil Salt and pepper to taste In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for avocados and mix well. Add avocados and pour the lime juice on it to prevent the avocados from turning brown, then mix gently, not to mash avocados. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving. Best served if chilled.
